Quick Data Entry

Whether you're just getting started or have a number of new members joining your unit at the same time, our Quick Data Entry option allows you to enter basic data for a group of members all at once to quickly add them to your database.


Email

Easily stay in contact with your unit through email.


Email Groups

Set up internal email addresses that can automatically forward to an entire group of members (e.g., selected unit leaders, specific patrol, etc.)


Fundraisers

Detailed tracking of fundraiser sales and payment collections.


Custom Filters

Easily create groups of members to include on specific reports.


Full Data Entry Log

Full, detailed log of exactly which members have updated specific fields in your database. Helps ensure more accurate data entry.


Transfer Members To Another Unit

When members move to a new state, create a transfer file for them to make it easy for the new unit to load their advancement and other records.


Receive Members From Another Unit

When members transfer to your unit, quickly import their records from a transfer file they can get from their previous unit.

POC Management

Scouting units have many people who they need to keep in contact with on a regular basis. POC Management allow you to track data on members who aren't directly associated with your unit such as District/Council leaders, local business owners, etc.


Activities


Activity Management

Edit and manage activities and events for your unit.


Activity Calendar

Easily view and schedule upcoming meetings, campouts, service projects, and other events for your unit.


Recurring Activities

Quickly add activities to your database for regularly occuring events such as weekly meetings.


Individual Activity

Edit activity, attendance, and other details on your unit's activities.


Prior Service/Totals

Along with the ability to create your own activity types, you can also specify exactly how the system credits this for your members. Credit toward Second/First Class, Camping, Hiking, Service, etc. can all be specified for each activity.


Subscribe to Calendar

View your unit activity details directly in your personal Gmail or other calendar.

Email reminders to your members for upcoming activities.


Activity Registration

Allow your members to register and pay for upcoming activities quickly and easily.


PayPal Payments

Activity - Bulk Delete
